The Galaxy Whisky Gala presents whiskies from around the world for you to sample and learn about while enjoying delectable morsels, music and the chance to bid in the silent auction. This is a formal event complete with a red carpet entrance, so wear your finest kilts, suits, and evening gowns! Attendees are expected to wear appropriate Gala attire and will be refused entrance without it. The minimum requirement is a jacket, dress shirt, and slacks, or dressy outfits or dresses. No T-shirts, jeans, athletic wear, torn clothing, or shorts allowed. We have Kilts available for purchase on our website, including an exclusive Galaxy Whisky Gala kilt! Optional Whisky Knowledge Expansion Class
A VIP admission ticket includes all that you get for General Admission, plus an extra 1.5 hours and samples of premium whiskies. This option gives you more access to meet and chat with your favorite distillers and ambassadors before the crowd surges at 7pm, while also sipping some special pours. You will also receive a physical print of your choice of your red carpet/entrance photo. An optional Whisky Knowledge Expansion Session is available to VIP ticket holders. Seats are limited for these classes and once they are scheduled, we will email you to choose your class. Once they fill up, they are no longer available.

BOOK A HOTEL ROOM
We have secured a limited number of rooms at our host hotel, Downright Austin (formerly The Sheraton at the Capitol) for $249 a night (plus 17% tax) and that rate is available for Friday and Saturday nights, March 28 and 29th, 2025.
Each room booked through the Galaxy Whisky Gala Room Block link receives an exclusive Galaxy Goody Bag with some nice surprises just for our hotel guests.

We have a limited amount of rooms remaining in our block. We are delighted to offer anyone who books a room through December 31st (or until all the rooms are sold) 2 half price VIP tickets for each room booked. You will be sent a code to get your two half price VIP tickets directly from Catherine.
Staying at the hotel allows you to have the full Galaxy Whisky Gala experience without the hassle of parking downtown or driving home afterwards! And staying at the hotel makes it easier than ever to join the afterparty on the Cigar Patio after the event!
